We are constantly working to improve the customer experience, not only in out products, but also in the way we service existing clients and people that want to engage with us for whatever reason. We call it "Customer Care" and it is a topic of great importance for us. Therefore we have established a number of options for you to get the answers and the help you need as fast as possible.



Contact us over the phone

You can get in touch with us over phone during business hours. Our main operations are in Denmark, so please take time zones into account. We are 1 hour ahead of UK, 6 hours ahead of US East Coast and 9 hours ahead of US West Coast. Normally you will be able to leave us a message if you call outside business hours.


We speak english, although you should expect that most of the time the phone will be answered by an Danish speaking person.

When you are in a dialogue with an individual consultant or any other person, you are welcome to ask for direct phone numbers. This will make it easier for you to get in touch with the resources you need.

We have a number of different entry points for email contact. This is the most efficient way to seek contact for most issues, unless you already have a resource assigned to your case.

Your email will be sent directly to our finance people, who will respons as soon as possible.




If you are not sure where to send your email; you can always send it to customercare@procurati.com. From there it will be routed to the right person or function in our company.
